This website — including assessment.steffanilefevour.com
and vault.steffanilefevour.com — is operated by Steffani
LeFevour, an individual sole proprietor doing business as
“MyHappiLife” (“we,” “us,” or

We are the data controller for the personal information collected through
this site.
Questions, requests, or concerns about how we handle your information should be directed to info@myhappilife.com.
When you take the Foundation Assessment, you provide us with your first name, your email address, your answers to the assessment questions, and the time zone reported by your browser. We use the time zone to deliver follow-up emails at sensible local hours.
When you purchase a guide or enroll in a program, we collect billing information through our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers — Stripe handles card data directly.
When you visit the site we automatically collect:
fbc, fbp)If you arrive via a Facebook or Instagram ad, we receive the click and browser identifiers Meta attaches to the link so we can measure which campaigns are working. If you contact us through Facebook or Instagram directly, we may receive whatever profile information you have made available to us through those platforms.
We use the information described above to:
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal information on the following legal bases under the GDPR and UK GDPR:
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website. The following table describes the cookies we set, when we set them, and how long they last.
| Cookie name | Type | Purpose | Expiry |

Managing your cookie preferences. When you first arrive
on the site, our cookie banner asks you to accept or reject marketing
cookies. You can change your decision at any time by clearing the
psc_consent cookie through your browser settings, which will
cause the banner to reappear on your next visit. Rejecting marketing
cookies prevents the Meta Pixel from initializing and stops the
_fbp and _fbc cookies from being set in your
browser. You can also withdraw consent at any time by emailing
info@myhappilife.com.
Note that clearing browser cookies will also erase your assessment
results cookie (psc), and you may need to take the
assessment again to see your personalized content.
If you provide us with your email address (for example, by completing the Foundation Assessment), and you have accepted marketing cookies, we may share a cryptographically hashed (SHA-256) version of your email address, first name, and IP address with Meta Platforms, Inc. to:
Hashing is a one-way transformation. Meta cannot use the hash to reconstruct your email address; it only uses it to match against accounts Meta already has on file.
Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy/.
You can opt out of this use of your information at any time by:

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, your information may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to equivalent protection.

Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, together with the Data Privacy Framework where our providers are certified to it. You may request a copy of the safeguards in place for a specific transfer by emailing info@myhappilife.com.

Some information may be retained beyond your request where we are legally required to keep it (for example, tax records or evidence required for fraud-prevention purposes), and we will tell you if that applies in your case.
Depending on where you live, you may have one or more of the following rights in relation to your personal information. To exercise any of them, email info@myhappilife.com. We will respond within 30 days. We do not charge a fee, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

No method of transmission or storage on the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a data incident that materially affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
Our site may contain links to third-party websites or services (for example, Stripe checkout pages, Facebook, Instagram, or external articles). This policy does not apply to those third parties. Please review their privacy policies separately before sharing information with them.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. If the change is material — for example, a new processor, a new use of your data, or a change to how you can exercise your rights — we will give you reasonable advance notice by email, where we have your contact information, before the change takes effect.
Questions about this policy, or about how we handle your information? Email info@myhappilife.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
If you are an EU or UK resident and you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (see Section 10.1).
